*Eligible patients will be between 28 weeks and 38 weeks in their pregnancy; during this period of time the vaccine will protect your unborn baby from birth. Mothers between 39 weeks pregnant or with a newborn baby up to two months old are also eligible; during this period of time the vaccine will protect you and will protect your baby indirectly.

NB this only applies to patient who secured a password and username from the surgery prior to 20th June 2012.

Your username will now look similar to this:  0000_1799; ie the numbers that you used to key into our old system separately are now joined together as in the example.

Your password will be the same as it was.

HOWEVER if your password was less than 6 characters; you will need to contact the surgery so that we can reregister you on the system.
